The Better Connect Academy (TBCA) is dedicated to offer online courses in the area of communication. We thrive to fill the communication gap between hard of hearing individuals and staff.

We've been told over and over again that staff of all types of businesses/organizations don't know how to provide effective communication with hard of hearing and deaf customers/clients/patients. They just have not been trained.
At TBCA, we've created an online training course to help bridge the communication gap. The course includes techniques, facts, animation and a quiz.

Our online course is certified by the NCAAP (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals) , CME (Continuing Medical Education) by the AAPA (American Academy of Physician Associates) and the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
The course dramatically improves communication skills at work and more importantly reinforces being ADA compliant.

All students receive a certificate of completion/attendance.
